Since 1st March, we have been celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge. We have celebrated through ‘conversations as Gaeilge’, singing, dancing, music, poetry, art and drama. Our celebrations reached a finale on Friday 14th March. The whole school took part in a Ceolchoirm, with each class putting on a performance ‘as Gaeilge’. The concert ended with the whole school singing ‘Amhrán na BhFiann’ and ‘Ireland’s Call’.
Our third classes told the story of St. Patrick, through the medium of song, dance, poetry, music and drama.
Bhain gach duine taitneamh as an gceolchoirm.
Our school choir sang at 12.00 Mass on St. Patrick’s Day.
